The Essentials
coordination only $1000
You’ve got the vision. The design is set and the details are done. What you don’t need is to spend your wedding day checking the clock and answering vendor texts. This package is a fit if you have the venue all weekend or a reliable setup and tear down team. I take the plan you built and run it. I create the timeline, manage your vendors, and answer the “where do I need to be?” questions, so you can enjoy the day with the people you love. What's included:

Unlimited communication from the day you book. I check in often so you always have someone to ask questions, and I love seeing your updates come together

3 planning meetings to get to know you, your vision, and what’s important to you

Full hands on support starting 8 weeks before your wedding

Online client access with extensive checklists and planning guides

Venue + vendor contract reviews for gaps and missing details, so there are no surprises

I work with your chosen vendors as one team, so everyone is on the same page

Timeline created with you: clear, detailed, and with real breathing room

Venue walkthrough to finalize layout, logistics and back up plans

Rehearsal run through so everyone feels confident where they need to be

The Elevated
coordination + set up $1250
You want to spend the morning getting ready and taking photos, not setting up. I handle your set up, timeline, and vendors so you can enjoy the people you love. The package works well if you have a tear down team or can come back the next day to pack up. What's included:
Everything in Essential Package plus:

No set hourly limit. I stay through all formalities, typically about an hour after dinner, based on what your day needs.

Full set up of all spaces and personal decor not handled by a hired vendor

Unloading of decor

Cocktail set up (lawn games, photo booths, appetizer stations)

Ceremony set up (arbor, aisle and chair decor, programs, unity items)

Reception set up (full place settings, centerpieces, cake + gift table, memorial displays, signage, candle lighting)
Set up services do not include:

Physical set up or moving of furniture, tables or chairs

Assembling arches, furniture,

Arranging florals or bud vases
ALL PACKAGES: GUEST COUNT + ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS
Additional assistants may be required based on guest count, room flips, short set up windows, event complexity, or multiple-location logistics, with a $250 assistant fee when needed.
TRAVEL FEES: All travel fees are included for locations within 60 miles of 48813. Travel beyond 60 miles is billed as a flat rate.
The Encore
coordination + set up + tear down $1500
This package is perfect if you have your venue for one day and you want your family to not have to lift a finger and enjoy every single moment. Your day is run from the first vendor arrival to the last song. Then I break down your ceremony and reception spaces and make sure your venue’s clean-up requirements are met. What's included:
Everything in Essential + Elevated plus:

I stay until the end of the reception and am one of the last to leave

Grand exit coordination

Late-night snack station set up

Supervision of your hired wedding pros as they tear down and leave the venue

Cards and gifts secured and given to your designated person

All personal decor removed and loaded into vehicles or hotel room on site

Rental items ready for pickup

Help with guest flow to shuttles or ride pickups

Getaway car arrival and timing

Amy was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond for my husband and I. We hired her two months out and the amount of work she put into making sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted was incredible.
