I know you probably have a million questions running through your mind when it comes to planning.
Venue coordinators are wonderful and super helpful but their focus is making sure the venue runs smoothly. This means there are limits to what they handle (such as running the rehearsal, décor setup and teardown, being onsite all day, and coordinating with all vendors), not just venue staff. Ultimately, you want someone fully in your corner on your wedding day.
From the moment you're booked! You'll have access to my planning checklists and resources right away, and I'm here for questions, ideas, and little details along the way. I'll check in periodically so you never feel like you're on your own. About 8 weeks before your wedding, we'll get into the details together, review your plans, connect with vendors, and start getting everything in place for the big day.
No, I start working with my couples long before the wedding day. I want you to have the best day possible, and that takes more than showing up on the wedding day with a timeline that I didn't help create. There's a lot that happens behind the scenes, and I don't want to miss a thing! I take the time to look at how the day flows, spot potential gaps, and build in extra time where things tend to get bogged down. I'll also connect with your vendors ahead of time to confirm arrival times, services, and responsibilities. You deserve that kind of preparation and support!
Travel is included 60 miles from Charlotte, MI. If your celebration takes me on a longer journey, travel fees do apply.
Yes! With The Encore package, I'm there from the first vendor arrival through the end of your reception. Once the celebration winds down, I'll take care of the end-of-night details, including coordinating vendor teardown, packing up your personal décor and loading into vehicles, preparing rentals for pickup, and helping coordinate transportation.
Exit & Tear-Down services apply to personal décor only and do not include venue-owned items or heavy lifting.
Every wedding has its own schedule, so I don't work from a set number of hours. I'm one of the first to arrive and stay through all the important moments, including toasts, special dances, and other planned formalities. My coverage typically wraps up about an hour after dinner, once the formalities are complete and the dance floor is open. If you need teardown, my Encore package offers that option.
Yes. Some weddings need an extra set of hands to keep everything running smoothly. Depending on your logistics, an assistant may be required for things like extensive decor setup, tight setup windows, room flips, backyard or tent weddings, or multiple locations.
When additional help is needed, there is $250 fee. I'll discuss this with you during the planning process so we can make sure your wedding has the right support in place.
Anytime is a good time. Most of my couples hire me about 6–9 months before their wedding, but you don't have to wait until then. Once you're booked, I'll give you access to my planning tools and resources so you can start getting organized right away. I can also help with vendor recommendations along the way. The earlier we're connect, the more time you'll have to put those tools to good use!
I'll take the lead and walk everyone through the ceremony, whether you have a professional officiant or a friend or family member leading the way. I'll organize your wedding party, cue the processional, go over everyone's roles, and make sure everyone knows where to be, what to do, and when to cry!
I love an organized bride! And honestly, you may have every spreadsheet, checklist, and detail handled. But who's going to answer the DJ's questions, find the missing boutonniere, cue the wedding party, and make sure Grandma is in the right seat? Let me handle the questions and the curve balls
I'll review your vendor contracts, check their services and commitments, and look for any gaps, missing details, or rules that might catch you off guard. 8 weeks before your wedding, I'll step in as the main point of contact. That means my email becomes their go-to email so you can RELAX. I want you to enjoy the last few weeks of your engagement together (it sure flies by)!
