No matter how many months before the wedding you hire Lasting Touch Events, you have me as a resource all the way until your wedding day.

Begin planning
We'll meet to dive into your vision and start building timelines.
I'll review all vendor contracts and coordinate with your team.

Finalize the details
We'll review logistics and schedule a venue walkthrough to visualize your floor plan and set up.
I'll distribute your final timeline to all hired wedding pros, wedding party, and VIP guests.

Practice everything
I'll coordinate your rehearsal with you, the officiant, and your wedding party.
We will practice the flow of the ceremony until everyone feels comfortable and confident.

Get married!
I'll arrive early to oversee vendors and complete the setup of your decor.
I'll manage the timeline, handling all the details and communication while you enjoy every second.
